Experimenting with portrait photography

This week I had the pleasure of working with 2 of my work colleagues who were patient for me to experiment with Portrait photography, this was the first time that I have done this by myself and so say it was a challenge was an understatement, to start getting the lighting right was a mission in itself and something that I need to study more so I can be more effective and quicker. Secondly I know understand that I need to plan more ahead of the shoot for ideas of what we are going to creative because for a beginner it was hard to think on my feet to get some creative ideas and to keep the client engaged. This is why I was lucky enough that I had 2 friends that didn't mind.

On the plus side it was a great laugh and something that I am most definitely going to play around with more and be even more creative to push myself out of my comfort zone more. I do generally believe that pushing yourself out of your comfort zone will help and develop you into the person you want to be. You never know you might come across something that you truly love.

Hear are some of the results that we created on the day, and yes some of them are Christmas themed

If you want some images like this please don't think twice about getting in contact.

Calendar sales are still going strong we still have 7 to sell so if you haven't got yours yet there is still time. In the calendar there is a mixture of images from deer's and stags at Bushy park, Nightscapes in London, landscapes of the 'its a ponds life' and more. Below is a sneak peak of what's inside
